Since one update weeks ago there is always a message in logfiles "mutt:
DIGEST-MD5 common mech free" when starting mutt. That message is very
annoying.

The message is indeed annoying (and totally incomprehensible), but it's
not coming from mutt. I'm seeing it when running svn or git svn, and
tracked it down to sasl2-modules.

Happening here as well. Is this a known problem? Is it known if it's
due to a Debian patch or applies to upstream, too?
